The BC Employment Standards Coalition is made up of diverse organizations and individuals who have come together to develop and advocate for model legislation that will modernize the BC Employment Standards Act.  We are working to reverse the negative changes that have happened to the employment standards system over the past decade, increasing the vulnerability of workers to worsening conditions of employment and unchecked employer abuse.
